The meeting will be on the Friday morning with
coffee being served at 9:00 am with the meeting commencing at 9:30 am.
The
location will be advised by Jeff Davis – BEC General Secretary.

Schedule will allow Committee Members to attend the meeting AND to play in the
Team or Ladies or Mixed events.
