All Entry Forms MUST be with
us by 16th
April 2007.
We will try and allocate everyone their preferred squad times wherever
possible. However, any late entries will be fitted in where spaces are
available. The initial squad times will be divided up between all the
participating countries to try and ensure that different countries play each
other. The schedule will be posted on the web site prior to the Championships,
initially with just the Country slots showing and the with all the Teams Names
entered. Any scheduling problems please contact Jill Owen direct.

per 4 Person Team, £100 per Ladies Doubles and £100 Mixed Doubles. These
prices quoted in £pound Sterling.

Each payment must have a reference to the country
and, if required, the team name. An example would be Great Britain 12 Teams 7
ladies Doubles plus 43 Party Tickets.
